Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are not processed or dispatched until full payment has been received.
If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed.

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any applicable shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We do not collect or store your full card or payment details on our own systems; these are handled directly by the payment provider.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We take fraud seriously and will dispute chargebacks that are made without first contacting us, where the charge was valid.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
For some orders, we may request additional verification before processing.
