Your Order, in Good Hands
We want receiving your order to feel as rewarding as choosing it. Our shipping process is kept simple and transparent, from the moment you check out to the moment your parcel arrives.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
Free standard delivery on all UK orders. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts: the time we take to prepare your order, and the time the courier takes to deliver it.
- Order processing time: 1–3 working days. This is how long our team takes to prepare, pack and dispatch your order. Orders placed late on Friday, or over the weekend, begin processing on the next working day (Monday).
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, begin processing on the next working day.
- Shipping (transit) time: 5–9 working days. This is how long the courier takes to deliver your order after it has been dispatched.
- Total estimated delivery: 6–12 working days from the date your order is placed (processing time + shipping time).
Tracking Your Order
You can follow your parcel at any time through our Track & Trace page. Tracking details are usually live 1–3 days after your order is placed. If your tracking hasn’t updated after that, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please email support@caelvi.com. Once we’ve confirmed the situation with the carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as we can.
Possible Delays
We always aim to dispatch on time, but in some cases processing may take a little longer, for example:
- An incorrect or incomplete billing or delivery address
- An order awaiting payment authorisation or verification
- Additional security checks on an order
- Carrier delays or backlogs
- An item temporarily out of stock
If a delay affects your order, we’ll let you know.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make changes. For cancellations and your right to return an order after it arrives, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy, which sets out your options including your statutory cancellation rights.
Pre-Order Items
We occasionally offer products on pre-order. These ship within the timeframe shown on the relevant product page, so please check the product page and its shipping information before ordering.
